Club scratch regattas

Scratch regattas are a club favorite! Anyone interested signs up, we are mixed into various boats with a wide range of rowers and experience levels, we organize our own line ups, head out to race each other, then come back and cook out at the boathouse for the chance to get to know everyone. They’re a lot of fun and a fantastic way to get to meet people.

2023 USRowing Masters Nationals Championships

In July the largest group of HRRC competitors headed to Indianapolis to compete at USRowing Masters Nationals against clubs from across the country. We had a great time racing together, meeting other teams, and celebrating a great showing by the club. We walked away with a slew of medals, making finals in nearly every event the club entered, and getting the chance to get to know each other better. We’re already looking forward to Oklahoma City in 2024!

Dolphins on the Lafayette

No matter what boat you’re in, one thing is for certain… when you have dolphins swimming alongside you, we all come to a dead stop. We’re lucky enough to have the dolphins with us throughout the summer and into the winter.
