Returning HRRC members, please use the the renewal form, which will save you some time. Not a 2023 Learn to Row or HRRC member? Welcome!
Ever seen a crew or a single sculler row smoothly across glassy water on the Lafayette river? Think it looks interesting? Fancy having a go?
Rowing is a sport that very few high schools can offer as part of their physical education curriculum. Consequently it is not a sport you are forced to have a go at, but one that you choose to try, perhaps having been tempted by watching crews on the river or by the glamour of television coverage such as the Olympics. However, a warning, once you try rowing you will find it a very addictive sport!
The HRRC accepts new members at any time of the year. If you have any questions, please send an email to Tony O’Loughlin, our club president. You can also fill out our new member sign up and waiver form.
Never rowed before? No problem, HRRC holds learn to row classes throughout the year to help you master the basics of the sport. Learn more
How do I sign up?
